1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Large desks may take slightly longer to process and ship.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The desk must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are the desks easy to assemble?
Yes. Most desks come with clear assembly instructions and all necessary tools. Assembly usually takes 30–90 minutes. Some models may require two people for easier setup.
6. What materials are your desks made from?
We use premium materials including:

- Tempered glass (on select models)

7. Are the desks sturdy and stable?
Yes. All desks are designed with reinforced structures and anti-slip foot pads for excellent stability, even on uneven floors.
8. Do the desks have cable management?
Yes. Many models include built-in cable management holes, trays, or hooks to keep wires organized and out of sight.
9. Are the desks height adjustable?
Some models offer height-adjustable or standing desk functionality. This is clearly indicated on the product page.
10. What sizes do you offer?
We offer a variety of sizes from compact 40" desks for small spaces to large 60"+ gaming and executive desks. Exact dimensions are listed on every product page.
11. Are the desks suitable for gaming?
Yes. We offer dedicated gaming desks with RGB lighting, cup holders, headset hooks, and large surfaces for multiple monitors.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my desk arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
